We fell in love with the building at first sight and having taken over as caretakers in late 2015, have maintained a heightened level of enthusiasm and wonder in terms of what is possible for the hotel and all who reach to visit. Passionate about creating spaces where people can appreciate themselves, either on their own or in the company of their friends and family, we are anxious to make your experience one that is comfortable, memorable and really appropriate fun. Our chicken schnitzels are new and crumbed in house daily and served with your best of chips and salad or seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes. Our steaks are cooked to your liking with your choice of pepper, Dianne, mushroom, customary gravy, garlic sauce or garlic butter topping and served with your choice of chips and salad or seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes. We respect that this hotel is an integral part of Yarram, the community, its people and region we absolutely love being a piece of the community and feel very privileged in our role as caretakers for this magnificent, historic hotel. Since their arrival they have been adopted by local community church groups and people throughout Yarram helping to make them feel welcome in a town that was initially very foreign.
